Return Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and want you to love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns on most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery .

For a return to be valid, the package must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. Returns made after this period will be eligible for store credit instead of a refund. If a return is sent after 30 days, it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

To begin a return, visit our Returns Center, and a representative will contact you within 1-2 business days. If you choose to use a prepaid return label, a $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please pack your return securely in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. Returns sent in envelopes or improperly packed, resulting in damage, will not qualify for a refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

• Final Sale, Sample Sale, and Limited Edition items
• Gift Cards & Gift Boxes (These are non-refundable.)

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
